This line was developed for people with gluten issues such as Celiac Disease, and is characterized by very moist dense cakes and light flakey cookies.

The Gluten Free Cake and Cookie Line includes a fudge-like Chocolate Bliss Cake, Almond Layer Cake, Pistachio Layer Cake and Walnut Tea Cookies.

Our Layer Cakes were inspired by Eve's favorite childhood cookie/cake, the rich, moist and beautiful little morsels called the Rainbow Cookie. These delicious treats are adding new meaning to the Gluten Free Experience.
